A juicy cup with notes of Japanese pear, complemented by stone fruit and citrus, and a soft sweetness reminiscent of cane sugar.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (JST) on business days will be shipped the same day.

We are closed on weekends, so orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or after business hours on Friday will be shipped on the next business day.

A delivery note showing the product price is usually included in the package.If you do not need a delivery note, please write “No delivery note” in the Order Notes section when placing your order.

25年9月買い付けロットから、ペルーゲイシャ種のナチュラルをご紹介します。
ゲイシャ品種のナチュラルプロセスであるこちらのコーヒーは、ゲイシャ品種由来のフローラルさ、紅茶ような飲みごごちを保ちつつ、柑橘のような心地良い酸、マスカットのようなジューシーなフレーバーを感じさせます。

農園主であるアラルコンファミリーは、約100ヘクタールとなる土地を所有しており、一番高い地点では2,100mの標高を誇ります。エリア内、17ヘクタールの土地でコーヒーを栽培しており、ラ パレスチナ農園はその内の一つです。

このエリアは豊かな水源や生物多様性を誇る一方、強い太陽光や降雨といった自然環境に直面します。その為、コーヒー乾燥のプロセスでは、屋根付きのドライングやカバーシートを利用し、乾燥日数を調整しています。かつて放牧地だった土地をコーヒー農園へと切り替え、コーヒー栽培をスタートした先代である、お父さんから農園を受け継いだホセ、フアン、アニバル、イノセンシオさんの4兄弟は、2019年から現地輸出会社であるOrigin Coffee Labと働き始めました。彼らと取引を行い、コーヒー栽培・精製についてのアドバイスをもらうことで、作業の精度がより上がったと言います。

密度の低い未熟豆や欠点豆を徹底的に取り除き、果肉を除去した後、ミューシレージがついた状態で 36 時間じっくりと発酵。その後、発酵を終えた豆は、きれいな水で 3 回にわたり丁寧に洗浄し、雑味のないクリーンな味わいを追求しています。
